When the World Trembles

When the world trembles with war,

and our hearts carry the weight of violence,

we breathe deep -

anchored in the One Who Is

Peace beyond understanding,

The One who stills the storm

and whispers: Be not afraid.

Christ said, “Peace be with you.”

Not the world’s fragile peace—

but fierce, radiant Peace -

born of justice,

forged in love,

and strong enough to cast out fear.

When this peace becomes our breath,

we love wide.

Because swords can become plowshares.

Because the merciful are blessed.

Because even in rubble,

Love still rises.

Breathe deep.

Love wide.

Be peace.
